"The concept of national roaming quite strange. In many countries - Canada, USA, India - no such thing. We want to make a very simple principle: all incoming calls are free anywhere, all outgoing - at local rates. And this does not mean that we are canceling the cost of long-distance calls, if you go to another city, but on a par with its citizens you have to pay for long distance calls. But there should not be any extra charges, there should not be tax for the movement, "- said Nikiforov.
